Very badly treated on your resort and I am making a written complaint

Hi my names Shannon holmes, I had a holiday booked for Minehead Butlins 30/12/2024-2/01/25
In this email i am going to state everything that has happened during my stay with you, I arrived on the 30/12/24 checked in fine, I arrived at the room we was staying in which was a standard room on surfers point,
Causeway drive room 9, about half 10 I noticed a very loud noise from the radiators in the room so loud that we couldnt sleep, so had to walk up to the main reception as every number I was calling for help wasnt answering, I have 2 young children with me also who was really tired from all the travelling and we was waiting till nearly 2 oclock in the morning before we was moved to the only room which was left for us to stay in as you were so full,( the standard room was awful just to add I have picture of blood stains on our mattress and urine stains on our quilts which Im happy to send over, we was happy with our move anyways and chose not to complain even though our children were waiting to go to bed for ( 3 hours!! ), my son who has a diagnosis of adhd and autism was very very distressed!!

, also we went to have some food on your papa johns restaurant on site, was spoken to very rudely by a member of staff when we first walked in, to which he apologised to us for after saying they are very busy, we ended up getting a full refund for our meal as they knew they had been very bad with there customer service they provided as we had to go ask to be served even tho its table service, we was then waiting over 50 mins for our food to come out the whole experience was just awful, again chose to carry on and try not to let our holiday be ruined but then we go back to our new room which we had then been moved to which was plantation quay room t203 and our room key isnt working so we head to reception to be told to wait half an hour so we go swimming and come back, walk back to the room with new key card to them still not working!! So my partner walks all the way back
To reception and they had been done for our old room!!! Not very good!! Meanwhile me and my children are wet from swimming and the rain freezing!!

Having to wait another half an hour for another key card to be made for us!!! Again tried to ignore this and not let it ruin our holiday the final straw for me was today the 1/01/25 having 2 members of security knock our door very loudly!!! I have an autistic son which I stated above and he was extremely worried!! To be accused of smoking cannabis!!!

I do not even smoke cigarettes let alone that stuff!!, I told the security man no one was smoking this and he was basically calling us liars to our faces saying he could smell cannabis!! No he couldn't at all!!, we dont even drink alcohol as my son dont like to much going on so we stay to ourselves, Apparently someone had reported us for this, there was a drunken man a few moments before outside shouting and swearing so Im not sure what actually happened but all I know is we had no involvement in this and have been treated so badly we have had to leave.as I am writing this email I am on my way home!!! Ive left your site as I cannot believe how badly and poorly we have been treated, my son could not go back to sleep and was very worried , your security men were very rude and made my son very scared to the point we have actually had to leave!!.
I was told I wouldnt be allowed to holiday at your site again, which to be honest Im not bothered at all by as our whole experience for our new year was totally and utterly ruined!! Ps it is 1am in the morning and my partner is driving us home and my kids are absolutely knackered and your whole team have done this to us!!

I cannot believe how we have been treated!!

Absolutely disgusted!! My family have been coming down celebrating New Years Eve on your site for years and this is one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced!!
